Privacy policy

This policy explains how data is processed on noevyra.com. Ecosystem applications will have their own privacy information before publication; this page does not replace their specific terms.

Data you share

When you use the form, you provide your name, email address, company if you choose to include it, enquiry type and message. We ask for your authorisation to use this data to handle and answer your request. We do not use it for advertising or automatic subscriptions.

How an enquiry is processed

The server validates the request and sends it to the corporate inbox through Hostinger’s email service. Messages remain in that inbox for handling; they are not stored in a website database. A form confirmation means the provider accepted the message, not that anyone has read it.

Security and technical data

To prevent abuse, the site applies request limits and temporary form verification. The application server uses an identifier derived from the IP address for these limits and does not log message content. Hosting and protection infrastructure may process IP addresses and technical logs for security and availability.

Consciencia Vital account links

Email verification and password recovery pages let you complete a request you started for your Consciencia Vital account. Only when you confirm the action is the link code, and where relevant the new password, sent to the Consciencia Vital API over encrypted connections. The website does not store this data in cookies, local storage or content logs. The application API manages link validity and account updates.

This site does not include advertising analytics or third-party trackers. Fonts and images are served from our own site.

Retention

Enquiries are retained while they are handled and as long as needed to preserve the conversation context or meet applicable obligations. You may request deletion. Temporary form verifications expire after 30 minutes; abuse counters on the application server expire within one hour.

Access, correction and deletion

To learn about, update, correct or request deletion of your data, write to privacidad@noevyra.com from the email address used in your enquiry. Tell us what you want to manage. We may ask for proportionate identity verification to protect your information. Do not send identity documents or sensitive data in your first message.

You may also withdraw your authorisation for future handling. If a reason prevents us from deleting certain information, we will explain it when we respond.
